Stendhal 2022 - Glamping Bell Tent

This tent is most comfortable for 4 people but can accommodate up to five people, 

Note that there is an additional £100 refundable damage deposit to be paid prior to the festival starting for this tent.  See below for details.

We can set it the tent up in a few different ways:

Standard Package

• Bell Tent Retail (pre-pitched for your arrival)
• 1 x Camping Lantern
  
• Up to 5 standard, single airbeds
• Bed sheets (no pillows and duvets included)

Comfort Package (Limited number available)

• Bell Tent Retail (pre-pitched for your arrival)
• 1 x low, pallet-style bedframe with a real double mattress plus up to 3 Single Beds (if needed) OR
• 5 x Standard Air Mattresses

plus

• 2 x Side tables
  
• 2 x Camping Lanterns
• Rug
  
• Bed sheets (no pillows and duvets included)

None of the packages include:

• Pillows, sleeping bags, duvets or duvet covers.

Payment Details

• The simplest way to book and pay is online from this website.  If that doesn't suit then contact us on explorefiftyfour@gmail.com and we can arrange a direct PayPal payment or can give you bank transfer details.
• Note that an additional damage deposit of £100 is due for this item prior to the festival starting.  We will contact you at least 30 days before the festival starts and require payment of the damage deposit by 7 days before the festival.   The deposit will be returned to you after inspection of the tent and equipment - assuming that all is still in rentable condition and has not incurred damage beyond the expected wear and tear.  If you have paid the security deposit online then it will be returned via the payment method used (it usually takes 5 to 7 business days for the payment processor to deposit it back onto your card).  Note that this does not cover all damages - if damage incurred is beyond the deposit then you are liable to pay for full replacement of the damaged items.

COVID and Cancellation Info

• Note that if the tents need to be cancelled due to a governmental COVID directive then we will refund you in full.
