This tent accommodates up to five people, but we can set it up in a few different ways

• As a romantic tent for two (double only)
• A family tent for up to five (double plus up to 3 singles)
• A friends tent for up to 5 people (up to 5 singles)

We also have various options in terms of level of comfort - see the package options below!  Note that all photos on this page show the highest tier package - the Deluxe package.

Standard Package (SOLD OUT)

• 1 x Camping Lantern
• Up to 5 standard, single airbeds
• Bed sheets (no pillows and duvets included)
• Price includes a refundable damage deposit of £50

Deluxe Package (SOLD OUT)

• A low, pallet-style bedframe with a real double mattress
• Up to three additional airbeds with bed sheets
• Bistro style table with 2 chairs
• 1 x Bell Tent Chandelier with Remote-Controlled Battery Powered Tea Lights
• 2 x Side tables
• 2 x Camping Lanterns
• Decorative bunting and fairy lights
• Decorative cushions
• Rug
• A few blankets and nice decorative touches!
• Price includes a refundable damage deposit of £50

None of the packages include:

• Pillows, duvets or duvet covers

Payment Details

• The simplest way to book and pay is online from this website.  If that doesn't suit then contact us on explorefiftyfour@gmail.com quoting "Aine and Duncan's Wedding" as the subject line and we can arrange a direct PayPal payment or can give you bank transfer details.
• Note that an additional damage deposit of £50 is included in the price of this item.  The deposit will be returned to you after inspection of the tent and equipment - assuming that all is still in rentable condition and has not incurred damage beyond the expected wear and tear.  If you have paid the security deposit online then it will be returned via the payment method used (it usually takes 5 to 7 business days for the payment processor to deposit it back onto your card).  Note that this does not cover all damages - if damage incurred is beyond £50 then you are liable to pay for full replacement of the damaged items.

Communication with Our Bride and Groom

• Note that only guests of this wedding are permitted to book these packages.  We will share the names of booked customers with Aine and Duncan on a regular basis so that they know who has booked this service and if queries arise then we reserve the right to cancel your booking.
